A quick shout out. I completely forgot about a Guest Post I did on Jeremy Horn’s The Product Guy blog. It’s a good blog to follow, even without my guest post! 🙂
Jeremy recently posted part 1 of a 2 part article on holding virtual meetings with customers. You know what I mean. When you have to meet customers (or partners), but you can’t actually get out of the office — lack of travel budget, or lack of time — yet still need to get detailed information from them.
Virtual meetings seem to be becoming the norm — and while face-to-face is great, you really can get a lot done via webinar and phone!
